They messed up my burger when I?m anaphylaxis to mayo mustard and ketchup. So I called and asked if they could remake the burger... because I can?t eat it and they told me I have to call skip? why would I have to call skip they just brought me the food thebusiness should be reading there orders right and making them right the skip driver shouldnt have to make sure the food is rightthey didn?t make it. this Dairy Queen is just out for the money and don?t care about the customer health. The ice cream is always good. However, the customer service I recieved and the interaction with staff I observed is less to be... desired. I made a reflective comment that DQ should do the transactions before getting the ice cream, as there would be no orvery limited melting when given (especially when going through drive through). I didn't get a chance to get the last part outbefore I was cut off rudly by a staff with long blond hair wearing a black polo shirt "This is how we were trained". Theattitude was so unreal, I had to say something. I told her to quit with the attitude, I'm just making an observation......didn'teven get that out when I was again cut off with attitude and then she tried to stay have a great day, but again the attitude andtone that came from this girl was historic and sarcastic. In regards to her interaction with other staff, a lady came up withcold fries and asked for fresh hotter ones. The same little girl proceeded (which, I mean "stomping"); snapping at the backstaff. You know, there's a way of talking to staff and customers, this girl needs a serious lesson. Read more

Constantly giving the wrong orders because they can't understand us through the intercom. Tired of constantly having to complain... about orders not being prepared correctly. Thanks for the generic, automated response that doesn't actually address the problem. Read more

Over the years I have found the quality of food at this location terrible. Every time I order a burger with lettuce on it, it's... always a disgusting wilted mess, as if they microwaved it. The other day I went through drive-thru and ordered a Flamethrowerburger. This time I requested no lettuce. Both of the patties were burnt black and there wasn't any sauce on the burger, just atiny spot where the hot sauce absorbed into the top bun . Over the years I have complained many times about the low quality oftheir food on the DQ official website. I have never received a response and they haven't improved the quality of their food atall. The quality of food at the DQ downtown is much better. I recommend that one, but stay away from this location. Read more
