Phantom finally got to Crust Pizza and Convenience.\n\nPhantom was told that Crust Pizza had been at its location for 8 months... now!\n\nFirst of all, be aware of the highways new alterations at the 1st sw turnoff.\n\nThe Medicine Hat power plant\'s newsecurity upgrades forced this.\n\nSo here\'s the skinny on our first foray at Crust:\n\nUnlike other Pizza/Donair joints intown, we got ourselves a new competitor in town, my friends!\n\nCrust Pizza is a convenience store, based on the old El BroncoTurbo location RIGHT OFF the TranaCanada N side at 1st ST.\n\nWatch the guard blocks as you turn off the #1.\n\nThis place mustbe a real pain to deliver from, with their #1 access so altered...\n\nFood review:\n\nWe got donairs, a great indication of arestaurant\'s mettle. Don\'t know about you but if the Donairs are made right then there is a good chance that the Pizza otherfare (see below) just might be Worth a try.\n\nCrust has 2 for 1 pizzas. Their price suggests they must be very good pizzas,with a couple of larges ringing in over $40-about on par for non conveyer belt Pizza joints.\n\nThey have fried chicken, whichlooks incredible, 8 pieces with fries and gravy plus is about $30. 12 pieces plus fixins will run you about$50.\n\nPasta(lasagne/spagetti), salads, quesadillas are all on the menu. Something for everyone.\n\nAs well Crust has a TON ofburgers and sandwiches(BLTS, fish burgers and grilled cheese.\n\nThe donairs we got were wrapped in some seriously heavy gradealuminum, no leaks here guys...\n\nB said the regular donair was done well, she got garlic sauce, a big departure from thetypical sweet or that tzaziki dill sauces.\nThere was enough meat and the rest to be satisfying.\nBut seriously try that garlicsauce on your donair, fren.
