I am convinced this is the slowest A&W in western Canada. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and the line never moved. Tried... this location multiple times and if you do manage to get to order in under 30 minutes, it?s usually wrong. Sad. Read more

Enjoyed my Teenburger sans mayo and just a couple of my hubby's fries. Our table had a note that said it been sanitized. I... just wish I'd been given a copy of my bill. I didn't specifically ask for one, but thought it might come along with our order.It didn't, however. I think customers should be given their bills, unless the customer declines. Read more

I have not been to an A&W in years. Overall the burger was good, as was the fries. Canada requires the burgers to be... overcooked by law, but this was palatable with a well done patty. I'd be willing to go again. I'm not sure what the issue iswith no ice in the soda....maybe I need to ask for it in Canada? Read more
First time here. Stopped early for breakfast. Redeemed some coupons. Had a great breakfast as usual. Service was fast.... Restaurant was clean and a few other patrons quietly enjoying a meal. I like I can get a couple of real fried eggs unlike someother chain restaurants. Read more
I specifically asked for a lettuce wrapped grandpa burger that had less water then usual, as normal lettuce wraps tend to be too... watery and hurt the burger's flavor. They were able to accommodate my request to the T and in a very reasonable time frame. Ican't give them anything less then 5 stars as they exceeded all my expectations.
