Very unhappy with services.. first didn't match the price with coupons.. because I ordered spicy chicken burger instead chubby... chicken burger, as per coupon offer.. I said oke, I paid extra with onion rings.. but just let you know..other a&w match theprice in Town with the same coupon.. sometimes its not about money.. you guys are on customer service.. than after wait 10minutes they told me we don't have onion rings.. ' I mean like.. really'... Than supervisor came with her cool time.. instead oftaking to me and apologize for long wait.. she asked his assistant that I still want the burgers.. very unprofessional customerservice by her.. she never talk to me.. refund the money and gone . Ordered a meal of two burgers, two drinks and onion rings. The order took a while to come out, and when it did I got fries... instead. After I asked for the onion rings I ordered they told me I needed to pay for them. They also mixed up the drink order,which isn't great considering it was for a diabetic. The burgers were OK. So they mangaged to screw up 2/3 of my order thendemand I pay the extra 50 cents for their screw up. Not impressed. Read more

They seem to be heavily marketing towards the Eco friendly crowd. Not that there is any thing wrong with that. Lots of adverts... on how their food is hormone free, free range, etc. Their burgers are tasty but I think they are a bit overpriced. The onionrings are great but again overpriced. The only place you never have to ask for no ice in your beverage as they don't even useice. I like going for the breakfast. Eggs any way you like, plus hash browns, bacon, coffee/juice. There is a ton oflocations, Even in smaller communities, so there should be one close by. I would give it 5 stars if not for the high prices. Read more
Something can be said for consistency and this location has consistently good food quality. I've never had an issue anytime I've... eaten there. Their standard breakfast sandwich, the sausage and egger, just seems like it was made for their bun, and isn't ahard puck like you get at the Golden Arches in the same lot. I'd recommend the bun over the English muffin as it actually keepsall the goodness inside. The staff is personable and friendly, usually more than I am before breakfast, and are eager to ensureeverything with your order is perfect. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the mood for a quick breakfast. Read more
This is a new style A&W that has all the signature menu items, and an array of seating options, including stools, booths,... standing table, and patio. Lots of natural light and a public wash station. Convenient location, across from a new supermarketand shopping plaza. Read more
Went at 12:10 pm. They were sold out of burgers until they made more which would take ten minutes. This is unacceptable for... being in a food court and at lunch hour. People need their food quick at lunch and I was unable to get what I wanted due totheir lack of preplanning. Read more
Ordered from there today a kids chicken buddy burger pack for my son and as true to form from this restaurant, I got a double... burger packed with onions. On top of it, the counter person only took and fill one order at time. If you can't hire efficientand competent employees then why even bother?. Why do the customers have to suffer because your employees can't even make aneffort? Read more
