Very ignorant woman on the phone all because I asked if I can have strawberries on my French toast and she gonna say it?s... whatever fruit they give me. we were so happy to find this! We planned on just getting a coffee to go but once we went in the atmosphere was so nice and the... food sounded delicious! I got the caprese and avacado toast and my husband got a breakfast sandwich. The cold brew was strongand the jamacian hot coffee tasted amazing. Went for breakfast. When I walked in, We guided ourselves to the table and waited for Menu. The waiter came to us and gave us a... menu and asked me to come to the counter when I am ready to order. The waiter asked me to pay before the food is served. OrderedFrench toast, brisket omelet, and a side of turkey bacon. The French toast was partly burnt and taste very strange. I planned to dine in, but because of the not so good customer service, I ate in my car. I dont want to spend more money for tips... for that kind of service. The bagel is hard to chew & the matcha latte still has the crumbled powder, not perfectly blended. Thestaff didnt asked me what size of the drink do I wanted. The best/freshest club sandwich I've had for years! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Their coffee beans are great for cold... brew. I tried making it with their dark roast and medium roast and they were both awesome. Very aromatic! Read more
Most of the good reviews here historically are for the Media location. This new Newtown Square location is not as good. First of... all it?s always closed. I just tried going on a Tuesday at 930am and it was closed despite the sign saying Tuesdays are opensince 7am. It?s already closed on Mondays so the other random closings are so annoying! Second the espresso drinks are usuallymade too hot and scald your tongue. I really want to support local and was excited for this to open close by, but I?ve been hereabout 15x (double that when I count the times I?ve tried to come but it?s closed) and unfortunately the experience is not greatand I only come bc it?s the closest coffee place to me.
