Their avocado toast was so hard like they had it sitting around for awhile. Wrong drink and couldn't, or didn't want to,... understand that I wanted a refund. The worst service I have ever received at any Dunkin. They were not too busy so not sure why the service had to be so bad. ... First off it was 7.99 for 6 donuts. And the chocolate frosted donut looked like someone dug into it. They looked terrible andthey were for my 10 year old son. I would not let him touch it . I parked and went in and asked for replacement donuts. Ishowed them the donuts and they act like they couldn't believe I didn't want them . The donuts he took out the original box heplaced back on the shelf. That's gross to me. They don't know what that person could have done to them. Just not good service. Read more
If I could give a zero I would. The drink orders are never right. Even when they are right they taste off. Dirty somehow. My... kids got lemonade that tasted like dirty water. They are rude and never worth the stop. Every now and then I stop againforgetting just how bad they are and am immediately reminded its such a waste of my money. Worth traveling to the one 322. This particular Dunkin location in Aston,Pa has gone down hill. I placed a mobile order for pick up via drive through- order... took me 30 minutes to get and had to circle through drive through 2 times then had to park and have them bring out to me. Thisisn?t the first time this has happened either. So I get part of an order than have to wait 20-30 minutes for rest and have coldfood while waiting for remainder of order. The entire time waiting there were not many cars in the drive though so no idea whydrinks and food took forever. The drinks were ordered (frozen) but mostly liquid when we got them so I take it they sat untilfood was ready. Think I will go out of my way to another location as they have to figure out some stuff to get working rightagain. Read more
