The food was really good but some of employees were swearing when my friends and I were eating, it was unsettling

Coustmers shouldn't have to listen to an employee bashing them because they know them outside of there work to come out and be... swearing saying how there gonna put there hands on them calling them every name in the book. Food was good when we finally got it. When we walked in only 3 tables had people. No more than 4 at a table. It took an hour to... get our food and some people that came in after got theirs before us. The amount of food was great, food was good. We went here for lunch for the first time, it was busy when we came in but calmed down by the time we got our food. They brought... out my soup first and it was cold. I patiently waited for my waitress to come over but she never did so when we got our food Iasked for them to warm it up. We ate our food and she never came back to our table or brought my soup back. We also never gotour check so we went up to pay and I told her I never got my soup and to take it off my bill?. I think she took off like $1.00or something.
