We have been ordering from here from the very beginning since the east Medford location opened. Chicken strips were always... amazing and the proportions were well worth every penny. Something has changed recently as the chicken strips almost have nochicken but just breading and seasoning. A three piece chicken strip basket in our last four orders have been comprised of threepounded flat strips, maybe a quarter of an inch thick. Not much chicken at all. If you add them up they are the equivalent ofabout 1.5 strips just a year ago. I really enjoyed the food overall, but will not be spending $13 on a nearly nonexistentchicken strip basket again. I would actually be willing to pay a bit more if the quantity was there like it used to be. I can goto a fast food restaurant for inferior chicken strips at $8. Please bring back the quality I am used to seeing from thebeginning. I know costs are high these days for all products, but you also need to keep your original customers and supportershappy. Hands down the best chicken sandwich in Medford Oregon. We have tried them all, and this is by far the best. We went to the East... Jackson location, and were greeted by Amanda. She walked us through the menu and then brought us the meal incredibly quickly.The French fries are fantastic! I generally do not like white meat chicken (too dry!) but theirs was perfectly moist andflavorful. The sauces were totally on point. All in all, a great experience, and we will be back! Read more
Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if I could. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado wrap w/ southern house sauce and... peanut sauce with my friend. The food was made very fast, the chicken was moist and crispy, the lettuce and avocado were fresh,the fries were crispy, the peanut sauce was so good I could drink it. Worst experience we have ever had! When we pulled up the employee greeted us with a high pitched voice similar to Alvin the... chipmunk, we later witnessed him huffing off a balloon through the windows which confirmed our assumption he just took in a hitof helium. This second draw from the helium balloon was just prior to watching him smashing our food container lid down beforeputting it in the bag. My frIes were a cold clump of tiny end pieces or bits. My chipotle chicken sandwich was one strip witha huge knob at the end which was not eatable. Much less abundant than ever before. My peach tea was watered down and nothinglike I was expecting. We spent $30 on lunch. So sad, this company deserves better than the Crater Lake Hwy location provided. Worst ever! Never again! Read more
The first few weeks they were open it was on point. Fresh chicken, large portions and accurate orders. It has slowly been going... down hill. Sometimes the food is cold. Other times there are things missing. Today the portions are much smaller and they misseda sauce. The prices have gone up so it?s a bummer to pay 13.00 for less food and a missing sauce. The chicken is pounded thinand there are a anout half the fries as normal. It honestly looks like I?ve eaten half of it before taking the pictures. I willsay it?s fresh today. So that?s something. We have very few options here in Eagle Point but I think this will probably be thelast time we order here. It was so promising. Read more
This evening I went and picked up dinner at the Jackson St. location & they were super busy. The food came out quickly and the... girl that helped me with the braces was extremely nice. She was a great sales person with how positive she was talking about thefood. She answered any questions we had and wasn?t annoyed at all and we had million considering this was our first time.Plusthe food came out hot (temperature wise)and yummy. This place is my new favorite I will be back often thanks to the service andfood. Read more
Was so exited to go here!!! I absolutely LOVE fried chicken? sorry to say it was pretty much not edible it was luke warm it... seemed like the chicken had been sitting there way to long.
