Drove up to order and the speaker box is all broken so I sat their to see if anyone would great me nope line started moving so I... did too I get up to the window the young lady bless her heart has 0 customer service skills I just wanted a cherry limeade I wasdenied told I had to go get back in line ???? what a joke do not go here the poor soul had no direction from superior. This location is always closed early! 3 different times we stopped here after the lake about 730pm and this place is closed.... Sign out front says "summer hours 9am-9pm" but i have yet to see them open till 9pm during the week. Super unprofessional. Read more
We stopped here for a cooling drink on a hot day. Sonic still remembers what a "large" cup is supposed to look like. Most other... places are half the size. We got slushes and an ice cream. They were good and hit the spot. The area around the restaurantwas clean and picked up. We went through the drive-thru and spent about 10 minutes in line. Once we got to the window it tookquite a while, probably another 10 minutes. We feel like we can recommend this place. Read more
This is unbelievable the way I was treated is not acceptable. After ordering online I wanted a good 45 minutes and had to use... the intercom to ask for our drinks they said well you need to be closer. Keep in mind we were in the online Order spot. Wewatched as everyone else including those who ordered after us continued to get their drinks we had to go up to the persondelivering the drinks and ask what was going on. She said she would check and came back seconds later with our drinks. They hadmade them but refused to actually get them to us and treated use very poorly. We placed an app order for four drinks and had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring it out. Three other people came and got... their orders before us. When we asked them what was going in they told us we had parked too far away ( we were in one of thereslots and out that slot number in it?ll the order on the app). We went to talk to them a second time and the finally went in andgot out drinks. It?s was ridiculous. Read more
The Sonic Drive-In in Medford is a cool place to grab something to eat. It's nice that they have the booths there, and the... drive-thru also. It's good old American food, hot dogs and burgers. The frozen drinks are nice also, shakes, etc. Next timeyou're in the neighborhood, stop on in! Read more
Woah!!!! Went here for the first time in years. I'm not a fast foodie. But I had forgotten that they have awesome sauces and... motz sticks and chicken. I waited forever in line and I was only the second person in the drive thru. All my motz sticks werecompletely empty ???? and the chicken was rubbery and cold. It would be 5 stars but we r still using drive thru only...no car hop no dine in or out...they always say they are short handed... so if you need a job it's a good place to start. Food is good...service is ok Read more
