Girl who took my order and made my food was extremely rude. She was snappy and uninterested in my questions. I ordered a bowl... and she filled it to the top with rice and put half a scoop of my entrée. Im so disappointed in my experience today. Went it side everyone was friendly, food was good. The reason I am giving this a establishment 2 star is because the server... adrara or how ever you spell her was not using correct safety measures when it comes to keep Sanitary work space. I watched hergrab her face mask not even change her gloves and continued to make peoples food, which made me uncomfortable to wanna eat myfood after watching that. The date is 09/08/22 1:35pm I hope that you have a talk with your employee that you can not touch yourpersonal clothing or face then go back to touching peoples food with getting new gloves or washing your hands it is veryunsanitary. Jess I believe is the manager... I watched her spill a roll of change all over the floor while wearing gloves... She picked it... all up with trash and bits of food... At this point I expected her to at least change her gloves but nope! Went right intoserving food... Irony... Wearing a mask. The was the last chance panda! Not coming here anymore. The staff here was fantastic. Way better than the last Panda I went to. Super fast and very polite. Only 4 stars, though,... because sadly they were in too much of a hurry to get my order checked out, and once I got home I found out that they hadforgotten to put 3 items in the bag. Still, GREAT food, and good people, so they will DEFINITELY get my business again! Althoughnext time, I'll be checking my bag before I leave the restaurant. ???? Read more
Ordered a bigger plate (3 entrees with the side dish) and they forgot to put my third choice in the to-go container. Didn't... notice until I got home and sat down to eat. It was a 30 minute drive one way so I wasn't about to go all the way back for theentree, but I was told I "might" be compensated next time I come in after making a phone call to the restaurant that evening.Strange that they didn't just offer to write my name and # down so I could pick up the extra food next time I was in town... Been a patron of this Panda for years don't even think about going there after 8:00 the girls that serve you are so ineffective... and rude it's unbelievable they glop your food in push you through as fast as possible stack your food up let it get cold whilesomething else has to come up so you get lukewarm or cold food with a little hot spot they're extra side has gotten so small theboxes ridiculous it's about two and a half inches by 2 in for a serving very unhappy as of late anytime we have to go in in theevening they make you feel that it's a burden for them to actually make something that's not up and whine about it pretty muchnot going there anymore in the evenings might just cut them out all together because the staff has gotten rude and they're stillpushing the mask mandate and highly recommending it come on get over it covid's done it's a thing of the past don't push yourpolitics on me please just my humble opinion I would not recommend them anymore. Really has gone down hill. My orders looked like they where thrown in and all over the place. Teriyaki chicken tasted oven... cooked instead of grilled,Had no flavor! There was more air than food. And my bill was larger then the food portions. VeryDisappointed! Its one thing to have a small portion but to throw everything in a box and change a large amount is ridiculous! Icould see having to wait if your food is out and takes time to cook again but at least give me my moneys worth of food. Verysloppy and staff at drive thru window are rude! Read more
Is it just me or did the portions get smaller and more expensive. Food is good quality but pricey. Also had to wait for food to... be cooked the last two visits. Seems like door dash orders are constantly cleaning out the food they have prepared. Store needsto adjust the amaount of prepared food to avoid long wait times. Read more
