Tonight has been a rough night. We were traveling as fast as we could from Klamath Falls, Oregon to Weed/Gazelle California to... help our family evacuate from the surrounding fires. It was 10:30 pm and we knew we needed to get something quick. Mod Pizza wasopen, thank the lord above. When I walked in, I didn't want to order if they were prepping the close up, but they ensured me Ihad time. They asked how my day was, I explained the situation. Immediately the amazing young men gave me their apologies for myfamily's situation. One of them stepped aside and whispered in his managers ear and came back with the sweetest smile & said "these two pizzas are on us" OH MY GOSH!! Not at all what I was expecting nor would ever ask for. The compassion from this teamof young men filled my heart. The manager shared that he knew personally what its like. He was in the same situation last year.He gave us our pizza and drinks tonight, and even a giftcard for another visit. We don't normally come into Medford to eat, justshop at Costco, but when we do come back to shop, we will always eat at THIS MOD pizza from here on out! It was unfortunate. Hopefully the staff was just off that day or were new and will come into the teamwork necessary to make a... good pizza quickly. My pizza was burnt and the toppings were not well distributed. The other two pizzas I got there that daywere not as bad but they were slow and obviously disorganized. Read more
I've changed my mind about this place; it just took a little getting used to. They ARE different....but in a good way. You have... to GO IN to figure the place out...but once you do....you'll get hooked as I did. They crank out in mere minutes "personalsized" pies (11 inch) and as the choices of fresh toppings varies daily....well...you just have to go and check them out. As a"plain cheese" guy....I'm hooked. I call it in, and its ready to go by the time I get there at a reasonable price. I'm in andout of there in 2 minutes and down the road. Good kids in there too. Read more
This MOD pizza is just as good as the other one. As a person that enjoys vegan pizza, MOD pizza is a blessing. The food there is... excellent and affordable. I always eat a whole MOD pizza by myself. Rarely do I have any leftovers and if I do, it's gonewithin the next hour, once I digested a bit and cleared some space in my belly. Read more
MOD Pizza in the South Medford area is a good place to come and eat. They have a pretty groovy vibe in the restaurant, and the... employees are friendly and have a good service. The pizzas are kind of made to order, or they have different types that you canorder also. They get the food out to you pretty quickly, and it is definitely very grubbin'. Wonderful experience. We came in right before closing and we were served w out hesitation or lack of quality you would expect... from anyone just trying to finish out a shift.
