I just went to this stand this evening to order two drinks and the guy working there that rides a motorcycle took FOREVER!!! He... was so distracted talking to the other customer at the other window that he messed up my order. One of the drinks I ordered wasa caramel pumpkin cold brew and literally all he put in there was the cold brew and the soft top. I pointed it out to him and heoffered to put some caramel drizzle on top but I didn?t want to wait another 15 minutes for him to fix the drink. Superdisappointing when you spend over $10 for coffee and they can?t get the order right AND take 3x as long as they should to make asimple coffee drink. I love Dutch but this is not a well placed stand. I've been to many locations and this is honestly my least favorite location.... I've been here a few times hoping to have a better experience. Every time I'm at this stand my drink isn't made correctly. Also,since it's right off a very busy highway it always feels dirty and run down compared to the other locations. Read more
Baristas are great it wasn't their fault however I had to go elsewhere because their water had too much chlorine in it and it... was a little disturbing that they didn't outright deny making my drink they just strongly suggested against it lol Read more

Just picked up a couple of drinks from here. So glad we stopped at this location- the two blonde guys working were so happy and... in a good mood and it made our days better just chatting with them . I was having a pretty bad day, my car wouldn't start and I had to have it towed to the shop right next to this Dutch Bros. I... decided to get a coffee before heading home and the barista was SO friendly and sympathetic. We had a great conversation and sheended up giving me my drink on the house! ???????????????????? I won't be back to this location after today's visit. They routinely pay zero attention to the customers, and focus on talking... to each other. But on 10/22, I visited and asked for the same drink I get at every stand, medium iced SUGAR FREE, I have to havesugar free as I am diabetic, sugar is very dangerous. He not only spent the entire order time chatting, he didn't even noticethat he scanned my app, so he tried to scan again. Forgot that I said iced, so he gave me a hot drink. And then I drove off andstarted drinking, and I could quickly tell that he gave me a regular sugared drink, as my head started spinning. That's adangerous mistake for him to have made when there were only 2 cars at the stand, they weren't busy at all. My life is worth morethan their mistake, I'll never be back.
