Hands down, an excellent dining experience in Medford. I loved it so much, I don't know where to begin. The quaint house turned... restaurant was so charming, inside and out. The patio is decked with lots of lights, plants, and everything cozy. But thefood...Absolutely Devine!! I loved every single bite, in fact I cherished them. Wonderful fine dining experience. Extremely well-cultivated menu with wonderful accents and beautifully plated. The grilled... octopus was the best I've ever had and duck breast was decadent. My family and I also had the halibut (flaky and tender),bucatini (rich but light sauce with perfectly roasted vegetables), panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes and burrata. We savedroom for the coffee bar and peaches & cream dessert. The peaches were one of the best desserts I've ever had! Wonderful,considerate service by extremely friendly staff! This was hands down the best meal and restaurant experience I have had in a long time. All of the food was amazing. Don't get... attached to a favorite dish because staff told us they have a seasonal menu that and the chef often adds new dishes orsubtracts. That said, everything on the menu looked amazing, everything I ate was the best thing I've put into my mouth. So itsalmost exciting to think of what dishes you could enjoy in the moment. Staff was amazing, considerate and kind, and attentiveand professional, and everything you'd want. It felt like we were at a friend's for dinner. But a fancy friend, that has a chef.We ate outside on the patio and the ambience was so nice. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a free glass ofchampagne. ????????????This restaurant is AMAZING. The staff are respectful, friendly, personable. The chef always accommodates dietary... needs if you call ahead 48 hours. I've even had incredible pleasure with impromptu vegan meals. After a serious healthdiagnosed put me on an unbelievably restricted diet - they created an impromptu dinner that was actually a delightful Epicureanexperience. ???????? Read more
This was our first time to Decant, I don?t know that I would say we are foodies, but I have been cooking my entire life and... very much appreciate good food, from the plating and presentation to the service and education on the food and pairings, Decantnailed it! This little family owned traditional Italian restaurant is by far one of the best experience I?ve had in the 30+years living in the valley. Will absolutely be back again! Reading a few of the reviews in regards to it being ?expensive forMedford? I?d ask if they would think the same thing of a Louis Vuitton store In Medford? Lovely experience! My guest and I enjoyed our meal. We had the octopus to start, rabbit gnocchi, mussels, apple presse and... passionfruit tart. My only two gripes was that my seat was literally at the front door and the waiter brought me the musselsappetizer instead of the main course. Service, however, was lovely. Lovely new restaurant in town. The servers are wonderful . The food was great. They have a nice selection of whiskey ????.... Sorry, I don't drink wine but they did have a wine list. We heard a lot of hype in the community about this spot. I enjoyed it.But I'm not entirely sure about the hype. ???? The food selection is small. They did offer one vegan/vegetarian dish. So don'tbe afraid of joining your friends if you're a picky eater. Read more
