First of all, they moved across the boulevard in Medford. Prices went up some but it appeared like portions were bigger. Great... tacos and meat and rice bowls. Everything is fresh and I believe organic. Love the guacamole and salsas. Great option forvegetarians. Atmosphere is ok for the type of restaurant it is. It's like a Panda's. Pick what you want like a well keptbuffet, from very friendly staff. Then pick a table and eat. Never had a bad meal there. Looking forward to the Chipotlesthey plan on opening in Grants Pass. Tired of washed up so-called "cooks" blasting the meat with REALLY hot spices. Totally ruined my lunch and I live 30 miles away... so I can't just take it back. Spectacular service, mouth-watering cuisine and beautiful people! The menu is outstanding, as are the staff people who work... here. Me and my Mom go there any time we are in Medford. The staff are always very sincere with heartfelt smiles and theytruly care about the food being just the way you want it. It is like they are family members or very close peeps. The store isalways very clean and there is also outdoor seating if you want to enjoy a delicious meal in the freshness of the outdoors. Read more

I really like Chipotle. For nearly a decade now, going to Chipotle for lunch has been almost an every other day occurrence. ... Moving to Medford and experiencing this Chipotle, however, has been a travesty. It seems like they can?t regularly track theirinventory, because almost every time I go there something new is missing. On top of that, they don?t train their staff to trimthe meat very well. I regularly find gristle, fat, and all sorts of weird textures in my meat burritos. It?s gross. I?llnormally get sofritas there to compensate, but they are out of sofritas about 1/3 of the times I go there. They also don?t seemto put much effort into folding a burrito?I shouldn?t need a fork and 5 napkins to successfully finish my burrito. Also,recently, the rice has been regularly over cooked. Food is always good but some of the workers there make a heck of a mess while they're working and it doesn't look really good... other than that the food is very good and the service is fast but the drink machines in the back they either don't refill themor turn them on so they circulate the stuff . And I've never seen someone out cleaning the tables. Read more
