Good food but the lobby is closed on occasion, very annoying. Drive up window does not do a great job of getting the order ... correct. Scrapping the cheese off of the burger when you have alegy issues is a big mistake. When you tell someone exactlywhat you want on the sandwich it should not be necessary to tell them what to leave off, no excuse. Read more
Yesterday, I was in Medford OR in 104° heat in a car with no A/C. I don't generally patronize Carl's, however it provided two... things I was in dire need of: sustenance since my last meal was 12 hours prior and relief via A/C. Since I was the passenger inthe ???? car I was riding in, my vote for the search of something "healthier" was overridden. I ordered a Santa Fe Burger (?)and ordered it with onions, in addition to the standard green chilies, etc.; waffle fries with very little salt. I rememberedthis hack to ensure I didn't get something left over from the lunch hour. We were given a numbered n*>] They delivered ourtray to our table, a welcome service. Other than being a bit slippery due to the sauce extra sauce I also requested,( so THATwas my doing). I can't remember EVER having a more delicious fast food meal in my life. I even passed on "Compliments to thechefs!" ... actually the whole team. I hope the Carl's in Roseburg can follow suit! ( Shhhsh...I know, I know). Read more

Guest service was great. Spicy chicken sandwich was not the best. The bun was kinda tore up and a bit moist. Fries were really... good. Restaurant was a bit dirty. Re: soda station, tables, floors. Not busy at the time. Read more
Very nice young man at the order window. The food was good. But, after waiting eleven minutes, I had to park my car and go in to... find my order. A female manager (?) Stepped in and said the chicken wasn't cooked through and they were waiting on it. For thatlong...really? Read more

Wow, looks like I ate it before I could get a photo of how good it looked when I got it. As you can tell I ?dined in? you... guessed right. Staff was friendly and gave me confidence in eating here, food tasted great? as expected. The person that took myorder brought my drink and meal, he smiled and was polite. They deserved five but I didn?t want them to get big headed. Therewere other crew here that were friendly and pleasant? and greeted me when I arrived. Thank you Carl for finding some goodpeople.
