My wife and I tried Baja Fresh for the first time I believe it was in Bakersfield California. We both went for the burritos.... Absolutely made fresh right then & there. One has a choice of meats, or one can go vegan. They also have tacos, nachos, fajitas,absolutely yummy. They also have a variety of salsa like sauces from spicy hot to mild. They also make salads, that to us wasout of this world.(Our returned visits). This place here in Medford Oregon, also, did not disappoint. The staff was veryfriendly, and provided great service. This time I had to leave a bad review unfortunately, I?m tired of my tiny portions and raw steak that shows up - maybe it?s... short staffing but it?s uncalled for and disgusting. More sour cream than actual rice? Doesn?t take much effort to make thisright. Sad. Read more

Asked for no cheese no sour cream. I got both. My brothers tacos were barely warm. Both our drinks (which were different) tasted... a bit off. Overheard others having issues as well. Will not be going back. Will not be recommending to anyone. Stick with muchogusto, Chipotle or even Taco Bell. Read more
