My wife and I tried Baja Fresh for the first time I believe it was in Bakersfield California. We both went for the burritos.... Absolutely made fresh right then & there. One has a choice of meats, or one can go vegan. They also have tacos, nachos, fajitas,absolutely yummy. They also have a variety of salsa like sauces from spicy hot to mild. They also make salads, that to us wasout of this world.(Our returned visits). This place here in Medford Oregon, also, did not disappoint. The staff was veryfriendly, and provided great service.
