I love Dunkin' but not this one. I ordered a macchiato today and it tasted absolutely awful. I have no idea what was put in it.... Threw it out after a very small and disgusting sip. Never going back to this particular Dunkin'. Read more

My only wish is that they blend their iced coffee drinks instead of just pouring their syrups to sink to the bottom of the cups.... 2 days ago I bought a med iced mocha coffee with extra mocha, was charged 25 cents extra, and I could barely taste the mocha.Plus they didn't fill my drink to the top. If I'm paying extra, then add what I pay for. I did not take a sip, yet when I tookthese photos. I know they are busy, but the blond who takes, makes, and hands my orders to me on weekend mornings has the worstpersonality and attitude! Read more

It was dead. I order my coffee and food. I get my coffee immediately. 15 minutes goes by and I?m still waiting on my food. I... order another beverage, I get that immediately. My husband goes to ask how much longer for our food, we find out that theydidn?t even start to make the food because no one looked up at the screen that has the orders(..what..). We had somewhere to be,so we couldn?t wait any longer unfortunately. We ask for a refund since we couldn?t wait, manager comes over to issue it, butinstead of issuing it, she charges the card again..we are now waiting to deal with the franchise owner to be issued a $22 refundsince we never got our food, and were charged for the amount that was to be refunded! I tried to call the store 3 times, noanswer and at the end of the ringing the phone just hung up, so I couldn?t even leave a message. This is really frustrating. Read more

There was mold on the sandwich I ordered. Was promptly given a refund so that was nice of them.

Picked up 2 cappuccinos today. Well, at least I ordered 2 cappuccinos. It was the worst experience ever! They were NOT... cappuccinos!! They tasted like black coffee with some milk. What a disappointment. They started out by overcharging me. Thisis not the 1st time I have been ripped off by them. The manager really needs to get on top of the situation there. Or Corporateshould step in. Read more

I like this Dunkin. I find the staff to be friendly and the store to be clean, especially the windows. Not a lot of seating... inside but enough so that it?s not to cramped if there are a couple people there. Plenty of parking out front. They have adrive-thu which is really convenient for raining and cold days. Read more
