Dining room not open, despite what Google says. Drive thru line takes forever because it looks like only one person doing every... job - taking orders, filling orders, and receiving payment. This place has been the armpit of burger king for years. I've been here 20+ times over the years and I always wonder why I go... back. It's never a good experience. Lobby isn't open, but they don't say that in the app. Every other BK is back to normal. The bus I drive doesn't fit through the... drive thru. They wouldn't bring my order outlook either. Total trash! This a disgrace of a place for Medford. System has crashed 2 out of the 3 times I have went this month. All 3 times... the wait at the drive through for over 15 minutes with only 4 cars in line. No one would come to the mic to talk to you to sayanything. You were stuck there with no way of getting out of line with the large truck in front of me. Food was cold twice! Noway I was going back to complain. Worst take out spot EVER!!!!!!! Read more
