Normally our first stop heading out of town. Usually they do well with orders thru drive thru but this time instead, my egg... mcmuffin came with ham that I didn't order. And the pumpkin spice latte needs more flavoring...barely had any. And food wascold. Read more
There was no staff available to take orders in the lobby so had to use a Kiosk. Not a huge deal but I hate those things. Nearly... all of the tables and/or chairs had food all over them. We were unable to get refills because there was no staff to refilldrinks. Read more
6874 Frontage Rd W, Medford, MN 55049 I want to share my review for the WORST McDonald's on the planet!!! 1) it took,15 minutes... for 1 cup of coffee 2) The manager and the assistant manager both walked by me saying nothing 3) Natalie is the absolute bestworker in the joint she said hello & a minute later she started working on my order 4) the manager heard & still did nothing, inthe past McDonald's supervisors apologized & fixed the problem Oh well, I will never come here again:-) Read more
The food was decent as usual, however there seemed to be confusion about dine in orders, and we waited 15-20 minutes and no one... brought our food and when we investigate we saw our order number wasn't on their order board. We also were giving to go bagsinstead of a tray and no straws. Read more
Closing manager is lazy and likes to shut the ice cream machine off about an hour before close, never fails. Iced tea is out... before 9pm and they will often refuse service 15-20 minutes before close. Read more
It was an odd experience. I saw a person that wanted a glass of water. The counter person explained there was no fountain in... the eating area. The customer acknowledged that, and repeated the question. The worker than asked him is he wanted a glassof water, and he said he did. Then he waited for 5 minutes at the counter. No water. A little bit of a wait at lunch time for curb side but employees were kind and the food was hot. We were missing a couple items... and they went to get them without a complaint or huff. Read more
This McDonald?s can actually get pretty busy during peak times. I think we all have the same thought. That since it?s a small... McDonalds that maybe they will be less busy. Food is your standard fast food. It?s always been warm for me. My only issue isnormally when I go here I get stuck having to pull forward and wait for something. Even when they are handing steadytraffic. All in all I?d visit again. Read more
