They have the best non-Hyderabadi style chicken biryani in the greater Boston area. The nihari and chapli kabab taste just like... they do back home, and the achari chicken is outstanding. As always that restaurant have best test of the food .. if anyone knows his tongue test will go to them ... they cooked and... served from there heart ... the honer is kind and respectful .. we proud that we have an halal Pakistani restaurant like that. Read more
After a past experience with quality(judge thy dinner takeout by thy bowel movement next morning), this restaurant wasn?t my... first choice for a takeout order, but for it being the only Indian place in the neighborhood open in the late hour. Had a hardtime conveying my order for ?Mix Vegetable Curry? for takeout over phone, wherein i emphasized the dish be made ?Vegan?. To myhorror, i found i had received some ?Mix Grill? with Grilled Chicken in it. After a failed attempt at conveying my dismay overthe wrong order to the same person who took the order, I asked to talk to the manager who politely apologized and asked me tocome back to receive the intended order plus an extra Naan, but the damage had been done - too little, too late after atraumatizing experience and to make it worse, the replacement curry was mediocre - the vegetables were not fresh and it was abit too oily and only reminded me of the past experience with a curry order from here. I rarely leave a bad review but this place felt run down. Should?ve been a sign that nobody was there for a Sunday lunch. No AC,... the plates weren?t super clean and the food was not good except for the Tikka Masala so if you do decide to go try that.Everything else was super oily and made you not want to put the sauce on your rice. We ordered shammi kabab as appetizer, it?s a beef and vegi fried patty, no very good and very oil, we didn?t finish it. And we... ordered chicken tiki masala and beef curry as main course. The chicken tasted sweet and sour, with lot of spices, I think thisis how Indian food like. Lamb curry is a bit spicy if u eat a lot. Both two are recommended but they are too oily. We got takeout from Zam Zam for the first time and we were very happy with the quality and flavor of the food. It tasted very... fresh and had strong flavor - spicy but not crazy spicy. We will definitely be ordering from here regularly from now on. Read more
