At the drive-thru, they have a digital sign that shows you how much each item is. That's a good thing. When I ordered an... unsweetened ice tea with a little coconut milk, I was charged 50 cents. I saw the charge and immediately had it removed. When Ireached the window to pay, the girl explained that specialty milk was extra. So, I called another Dunkin.
