I have ordered from dunkin in the above branch, in the order I specified large over drive through, at the pick up the service... guy gave a medium. On upon asking , he said you can take medium. We agreed and took the medium but when we checked the chargedamount , we were charged for large Coffee. This is totally unacceptable, first of all they didn?t take the order correctly andthen forced us to medium, then we notice after coming out that we were indeed charged for Large. Read more
I only ordered for one thing and received the wrong order and didn?t notice until I was like 3 miles away I ask for an egg... cheese and bacon with extra egg and received a bagel with no extra eggs. It?s Boston, dunkin is everywhere but this is one of the better ones. It?s recently been renovated and has the coffee on tap.... They almost always get the order right when you use the app. Sometimes they forget something from the order but it?s usuallyright. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is quick. Read more
Terrible and rude service and the middle eastern language barrier doesn?t help. The workers don?t care when they don?t... understand what you?re trying to order. Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the croissant was burnt andcrumpled when I bit into it. The hash browns were over-cooked and hard.
