Colleen's in Medford, MA used to be so good. They had hot tea, now they don't. They do have hot coffee. However, it was too... bitter. The workers were great. They tried to accommodate us. They remade the coffee until it was drinkable. No sugar-fre icecream or frozen yogurt at all. Disappointing. My advice is to bring back sugar-free ice cream and hot tea. Read more

I?d highly recommend Colleen?s. Besides that their food and ice cream are good, they?re kid friendly and I remember going there... with my grandmother, they were very kind to a homeless man who came in while I was there with my daughter this afternoon. Thisinteraction did not seem unfamiliar for the staff as the manager sat and chatted with this man while his lunch was being made,but they provided him with a generous plate. Great place to have an ice cream! ???? I had the coffee fudge ice cream and it was a real delight!!. The ice coffee was also... great as well as a toast I had. The price was reasonable and the customer service was awesome!. I highly recommend this placewhen you are in Medford and need a place to chill ???? Went in the afternoon on a weekday. Not much of a crowd but still a very homey vibe to the restaurant. Fast casual style, but... definitely felt like a restaurant tasting sandwhich. Menu only had a few options, but pretty much covered any basic sandwichyou?d want and they seemed open to changes. Sandwich was served with pickles and a bag of chips, which is unseen in the photo.
