The short middle aged cashier as well as the tall woman with glasses need a serious reality check. I?ve been coming here for... years but they are so unwelcoming and rude, the food is consistently good, but it?s alarming that the teenagers are nicer thanthe grown women. I?ve seen people wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged for their online orders while those cashiers look at themand ignore, as if taking 5 seconds to look at the name on a receipt is too agonizing for them. I don?t often write reviews butthe cashiers should pretend like they care, it?s distasteful. I hope they can be reeled back into reality and understand how totreat the people they?re serving. It?s sad how employees can leave such a bad taste in your mouth while the food they serve youtastes so good. I hope this can be resolved. Read more

Bagel was thin and flat... it tasted fine but it didn't have that satisfactory chewy bagel quality. I like this place for other... reasons.. saw the other bagels wasn't impressed. I find the desserts to be OK... This is a place I go because its better thanStarschmucks, but not a write home kind of place. I go with a friend... Can't really recommend... Read more

I was in for a bagel and decided to buy some bread. I expected to pay more for fresh bread at a bakery. I asked for half a... loaf of grain bread. They rang it up. $6.95. Not n a Blue Moon would I expect $1.00 a slice. A total rip off. Read more

I picked up a prepaid order a week ago. It was the first time since new ownership (about 4 months) I had been there. I... previously lived in Medfield and would visit Blue Moon at least once a week and loved the place. Unfortunately, this visit wasvery disappointing but I didn't know it until I got home. I had picked up a dozen sliced bagels, a hamentashen and some bread. When I got home, there were only nine bagels (plus the free one) in the bag and the slicing was horrible. Not even close to twoequal halves on many bagels. These developments were bad enough but worse, I don't believe the product was as good aspreviously, at least the hamentashen and bagels. The loafs of bread were gifts to others so can't comment on them. While inthe store, I spoke with one of the new owners; a very nice, personable fellow. I wished him luck moving forward and do hopethings improve. The bagel short change and slicing are certainly correctable with the right help. Not so sure about productdifference!! Read more

Solid bagels and excellent baked goods for the area. Somewhat inconsistent across visits and even bagel types, but overall a... good bagel. Sometimes they are small and very dense - while other times they are just the right amount of ?airiness? and chew.Today was a good batch (see photo). Lines generally move pretty quick but wait for prepared foods can take a while, so planaccordingly. Easy parking, as with most suburban establishments. Have been at least a dozen times in the last year, if notmore. Read more

Fantastic Reuben for lunch! Order process was quick and staff was friendly. Sandwiches came out very fast. Outdoor seating was a... huge plus because we had our dog with us. So nice to see places that will keep outdoor seating even when it?s cold out. All thebaked goods looked delicious, will have to come back. Read more
