Totally enjoyed our beer and pizza. Pizza has a chewy and still crispy delicious crust (how do they do that??) Outdoor area... needs sprucing like everything else this dry summer but pleasant enough with nice outdoor tables and plenty of space. We'll beback! Read more
Out of the way joint but with the trip. They have very nice beers, helpful staff, and a nice outdoor area to hang. Also, dogs... are allowed outside and in the bar area, very rare but great! Go have a nice beer here! They have some nice looking pizza, Ididn't try it but I am heading back soon for a pizza and beer! Read more
Mermaid Pants (stout) and the raspberry sour were excellent. The IPAs were unremarkable. The oven was up too high so both pizzas... we ordered were both burnt and under done - despite that the potato pizza was the perfect mix of salt and potato. I think theywere trying to keep up with a lot of takeout orders. Not sure I'd do it again. Two guys working there seemed very uninterestedin their jobs. Read more
The beer is great and the pizza is delicious. Their peperoni pizza is amazing.
Awesome brewery with great beers! Was able to get a flight to sample a bunch of different ones. They also have food as well as a... ton of games like darts, air hockey, etc. We loved the outdoor space too (picnic tables) to enjoy the summer weather. The guyswho work there are extremely nice. This review is mostly about their beer. The employees and the place itself is quite cool but the beer absolutely SUCKS. Right... now I'm trying to drink their Mad Turtle IPA, which according to the can is supposed to be a "hop forward west coast styleIPA". As an IPA enthusiast, I've had MANY different IPAs over the years and this is NOT an IPA. I taste LOTS of malt and ZEROhops in this one. The color is way too brown compared to any other IPA I've seen, which is another red flag. I feel bad becausethe employees are great and the place is very welcoming but that doesn't redeem how bad the beer is. Read more
