Pretty substandard across the board. Service was poor. To be fair, I believe some of the issue with wait and poor service was... due to payment system issues causing chaos for the employees. So it was not entirely their fault. That falls on the managementto have processes in place to correct. Looking through drive through window at one of the workers wiping his nose with hand,then touching food was unsettling. Read more
First time trying their new fries. They were good. All food was hot and fresh. My first time trying the pretzel bun. That was... much better than a normal bun. I very seldom eat fast food but having to run lots of errands today made it necessary. Read more
I started ordering and was asked to repeat every part of a combo meal 3 times each for two different meals. I said thank you and... the person replied "Mmmmmmm". Like... We were in line for 15 or 20 minutes with two cars in front of us. We waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before they would... take our order. Waited another 10 after ordering. They messed up 80% of the order and acted like I was being a nuisance forinsisting that they give us what we paid for. The staff seemed to be mostly careless/incompetent. One older gentleman was politeand seemed to be trying. The younger employees were basically useless. Corporate should shut down this location. I?m not goinghere again, even though Wendy?s is one of our favorite fast food stops. This place probably averages 2 star service, today wasunbelievable. Read more

This is the most pathetic Wendy's I have been to. Always extremely slow wouldn't go on my lunch hour. About 9 30 third evening... sat for 20 minutes to place order. On drive thru. Gave up.
