On Saturday I attempted to place an order online for pick up (a buffalo chicken wrap & smoothie) and the order failed twice so I... sent my husband up there to place my order in person. When he arrived he was informed they were out of chicken so he left. Ichecked my bank account on Sunday night and there was a charge from Tropical Smoothie for my failed order so I checked email andthere was an email 'confirming' my order that had failed not once, but twice stating that 'I was not authorized to place anorder on this account' when attempting the online order. I tried calling the store multiple times throughout the day on Mondayand the phone went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full so I could not even leave a message. My husband went tothe store Monday night after work to get a refund and was met with a young disrespectful male who refused to help with a refundand would not call his manager to assist. Ridiculous you would actually charge someone for an order that showed failed online,but more ridiculous your staff didn't cancel the order knowing they didn't have chicken to fulfill the order or at least pick upthe phone and call me. Is this really the way millennials work and yet you continue to employ them?!? It would be better to haveyour store closed than to keep useless employees that cause you to lose customers. I got a peanut butter banana flatbread and a sunrise smoothie. The smoothie is eh, its watery but has some flavor.. so not a... total loss there. The flatbread however, after a couple bites.. I bite down into a piece that was just globbed with a chunk oflight/whiteish colored hair. I have a brown beard and a buzz cut? obviously not mine. I tried to call the store to report it butthey have their phone disconnected and am unable to reach anyone to talk about the issue. I would give 0 stars if I could justfor that. Read more

Worst customer service. The young man at the front was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but other customers that were... waiting for there order. I paid for my order and removed my card when the machine told me to. He had to reboot the system sowhile he was doing that I checked my bank account to see if the money came out. It did so I told him ?the payment went through?he than asked me to see my bank account information which is confidential information that a teenage boy shouldn?t be asking meto provide. If the payment didn?t go through I would have gladly inserted my card again. Once the reboot was done it wentthrough on his end. So after violating my personal information it ended up going through after all. I go to this establishmentmultiple times a month. But I will not be returning anytime soon. I?m very annoyed. I order this same drink 4 days out the week. They gave me my smoothie I tasted it and it was watery. I told them they mad a new... one i told them use pineapple juice instead of water. They still couldn?t get it right. So I asked for my money back and Angelastated NO to get another smoothie I told her i didn?t want another smoothie because clearly y?all can?t make it right. An extremely disappointing experience, especially being a frequent customer of Tropical Smoothie. This was my 1st time at this... store. I was served the nastiest food and smoothie at the Atlee location on 8.7.2020. My Triple Berry oat smoothie was watery,tastless and light pink. I requested it be remade & the remade smoothie tasted worse than the first. (Odd because one of themain ingredients is blueberries.)-see photo (2nd smoothie too disappointed to snap the 1st). Lunch was busy, ordered the new passion fruit smoothie, it was delicious, also ordered the veggie hummus wrap. It was good.... Definitely a meal to hold you over. It had spinach, avocado, black beans, rice, and pickled red onions. I would recommend ???? Read more
