April 1, 2019 3:00pm. Sadly no April Fools Day joke...or was it? Manager had a case of the attitudes. She was being very... critical of two employees on the front line and in ear shot of customers. She should have directed it at herself. This samemanager took my order in the slowest of slow ways. Asked me 3 times mild or spicy, twice what sauce I wanted. She boxed up myfood to go when it was to dine in. I told her it was for here and under her breath she said. "You must have changed your mind." When I said no I never eat fried chicken going down the road. Maybe you should have asked me multiple times like you did withthe sauce and chicken. Never had Popeyes onion rings before but these were tasteless. Not a hint of onion flavor or seasoning. The biscuit had been sitting and semi hard. The chicken was the usual Popeyes. This location is a pox on this usualconsistent chain. Will avoid in the future. Read more

The food, as always was AWESOME!! However, the attitude and facial expressions of several of the employees was disappointing. ... I was concerned that the one that was at the register was clearly unhappy and moving SO slow that people in line ahead of mewere left waiting for minutes before being attended to. Fortunately for me, another employee came out and took my order in apleasant and professional manner. I will think twice before going back. Read more
