I don?t normally post reviews, but this place was terrible! I ordered my drink over the speaker 3 times and they still couldn?t... understand what I wanted. It was simple, just an iced pumpkin spice latte but with decaf coffee. Then I ordered hash browns andthey were out of them. Then I ordered snacking bacon and they were out of the pepper and sugar that they sprinkle on thesnacking bacon so I just got regular bacon in a bag. I ordered my sandwich and that seemed to be fine, but when I got thesandwich, instead of it being on a plain bagel, it was on a multigrain bagel. I took the sandwich inside the building and toldthem it was wrong and they said ?oh, we are out of plain bagels.? So you just choose whatever bread you want to put it on andgive it to customers without even telling them? They remade the sandwich on a croissant instead. While inside, it was COMPLETEchaos with the staff and they all seemed confused and didn?t know what was going on with anyone?s orders or drinks. The managerwas making excuses and yelling at her employees. No one seemed properly trained on making food or drinks. My drink tastes likestraight up milk and there?s no pumpkin spice flavor or coffee whatsoever. What a HUGE disappointment! Will not be coming backto this location again. Read more
Walk in isn't open even after end of pandemic! Had food poisoning from plant based meat sandwich. Many times online offer... doesn't work! While they made me wait to order food, i was having conversation with kids in my car and attendant is like can youstop screaming! Not well managed and lemon in this neighborhood! Read more
Absolute terrible experience!! Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes, TEN minutes without anything past a "we'll be right with you".... Will not, will not, will not be back here. If you want coffee, go somewhere else or another Dunkin, bc this is the ONLY locationthat we've ever had a consistent issue with. Read more
This is a terrible place! I asked for glazed chocolate munchkins and they did NOT glazed at all. Then asked to get some that... were glazed and they are telling me to pay again to get what I ordered?! Wow. I didn't even eat one. This is ridiculous. Willnot be coming coming again. The people clearly don't know how to be friendly. And telling me I'm wrong and saying that they wereglazed when they clearly weren't. If I didn't want glaze it wouldn't be an issue. Ordered 2 frozen drinks, breakfast sandwich and donuts. The drinks looked and tasted unbelievable. The sandwich was incredible... and the donuts were super fresh and delicious. The floor was extremely sticky and the place needed to be cleaned. Not muchindoor seating 2 or 3 small tables so don't plan to dine in. I would recommend and will be back. Read more
Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to! Staff was extremely slow! People were pulling out of the drive thru line even after ordering! ... Iced Coffee drink was not made correctly and it was a pretty simple request! When I got to the window, the bill was $8.54. Igave her a $10 and she said ?I don?t have any coins, that okay?? Threw all of my donuts in a bag together so the choclate creamwas all stuck to the bag. No concern about getting anything right!! Typical of all fast food drive thru-s anymore! Read more
I ordered a White Mocha Hot Chocolate, medium, and they give me this. It?s not even full, the woman at the counter said I need... to be patient because they are still training. Well if someone is ?training?, then they shouldn?t even be behind a counter orsomeone should be right beside them ?training? them. I asked why it?s was not filled all the way, she said it?s a medium? Umfull it up then. This is in Mechanicsville off 301. I just told them I wanted my sandwich. Then they are out of the regularbagels, it?s only 10:03am. Was told to park out front for them to bring out my coffee. Waited for 15 minutes while other customers came and went while my... food got cold. Mistakes happen but when I went in they acted like nothing was wrong and asked for my order again, and aside froma quick "sorry," they did nothing to make it right. Disappointing. Read more
