This place used to be decent. The last 3 times we got food from there (including tonight) we've had issues. Tonight was issues... with the order (shorted part of it, didn't give me the shake ordered) and with the rudely obnoxious window guy. Tip: put thestaff with no home training somewhere in the back. This wasn't a "we're short staffed" issue, this was a guy talking over top ofme when he asked me a question, being annoyed that I wanted the rest of my order, and blaming me for him not giving me the shakethat was ordered. my friend and i always order here but the thing is they always get the drink size wrong or not right, they only give us 1 of... each sauce. overall they need a little better customer service and attitude. Read more
A picture is worth a thousand words so check those pics out. The food was simply awful. We ended up just throwing it away.... Wasted money! Barely any fries and what was there was soggy and half cooked. The chicken wrap literally had one small piece oflettuce (which was limp and probably shouldn't have been used based on how it looked). Simply a terrible experience. It's ashame that you can't give a place a zero star because that's what they earned last night. Read more

This is getting ridiculous. They constantly mess up our orders. Today, they gave us a completely incorrect order for someone... else. The kicker is, the receipt time on the order was more than 10 minutes before we got there. Did they give us the foodsomeone else returned because it was incorrect? There is no way to call them directly, and the main cooperate number asks us toleave a message. Gas isn't cheap. We are sick of driving back because we don't want to open every single item in the car. Avoidthis place. Read more
I do like the extra thick shakes and it's decent inexpensive fast food.
We love Cookout. All the food is delicious. We were looking for a Peppermint milkshake because they have 50 flavors. The... milkshake was delicious and reasonably priced. The people at the drive thru window were helpful and quick. One of us got aburger and the meat patty was really big on the bun. He was happy too. We don't live close, but when we're near Cookout, that'swhere we eat. Try their Barbeque Plate. It's great! Read more
