Charred is a fantastic addition to the Hanover County area. The service was outstanding, and the server was extremely friendly... and knowledgeable. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese, the steak meal, and the salmon meal. All three weredelicious and brought out in a timely manner. The bourbon selection is something to experience as well, and it seems the owneris consistently looking for new and exciting additions. Highly recommend this restaurant! Read more

The food and beer selection were good. My husband really enjoyed his Nashville Hot Chicken and fries. My shrimp tacos were ok.... Salad was good but messy when you try to cut it up. Somewhat understaffed but the server was nice. It’s a little pricey butnot unreasonable. There is a cute patio for outdoor seating. Read more
My husband and I ate here for lunch recently and absolutely loved it! We got the cornbread and meatballs appetizers and the... charred burger and cheesesteak entrees. Everything was delicious but the best was the meatballs! They were super flavorful andthe sauce was bangin! I\'ve never had pimento cheese on a burger before but it was wonderful, even with the kick of spice.Definitely going to return again! Read more
Here for a quick lunch. Portions are immense. Place is super modern and clean. Having only been open two months everything is as... expected. I\'ll definitely be back here for the bar at some point.\n\nStopped in again on a Wed Night. Bar was popping andlively. Good draft selection on tap. Saw the dinner menu this time. Had the half Honey Sriracha wings & Nashville Hot. They wereboth really good. But.... then some the Flatbread or(pizza), it\'s a pizza come on. It was amazing! We chose the newly opened Charred Hanover for my birthday dinner. Our party of 8 included an age range of 8 yrs old to 79 years.... Everyone found something on the menu. The cocktails were a stand out! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The baconwrapped dates were the best bit, and all the entrees were very good. The space is beautiful. Like many places the acoustics makeit quite loud so a alittle difficult conversing at a larger table. We will definitely be back. Read more
