It was not busy at Bruster's when my friend and I went through the drive through. I imagine that might of been because it was... rather cold outside. We both ordered a hot fudge sundae with a brownie. The service was quick and the sundaes were of good sizeand very tasty! Plenty of hot fudge and whipped cream topping. This location has gone way down hill. Last time we came, they messed up my order. The girl who took my order seemed new and it... took a long time for her to make it so a line had formed. For that reason, I ate what she gave me. Came to give it another tryand this time their shake machine was "down." Hard to believe since the car two ahead of us seemed to have gotten one. Therewere three people working and we sat, waiting for one sundae (because the shake machine was down) for around 5 minutes. Itappeared one person was trying to close and two were following each other around making my sundae. We will likely give thislocation one more shot as it is the closest to our house. Great ice cream as usual. A seasonal ice cream they have is banana pudding and it is AWESOME! YUM!

Well I can?t review the ice cream since the one worker in the store was too preoccupied talking to her friend thru the window... who was parked in her car - we were the only ones in line- the girl was very rude when we ordered and after waiting 20 minuteswhile no one moved and the worker kept chit chatting with her friend in a white car - we finally left - with NO ICECREAM - verybad experience- wish I could leave negative stars Read more

I went there recently, it was so bad, people were very rude, I would never visit this location again, I was disappointed... because, I love the ice cream but the people at this location need personalities adjustments. I had more toppings than icecream. Read more

I've been going to Bruster's ice cream shop since I was a kid and I've never been disappointed! I took my 3 year old son for his... first visit and had completely forgotten about kids under a certain height get a free "baby cone". They also make their icecream fresh which makes a big difference! Read more

Always great icecream and great service. The selection is pretty good, but I do think some toppings should not be as expensive,... and kids choices should be less expensive as well. A loyalty card would be nice as well. Still would recommend coming here nomatter the time of year. Read more
