Ordered A large Cajun filet combo meal and was charged $8.05 at the window. Told it would be 3 minutes for the chicken and I was... fine with that but I did receive my large tea. 7 minutes went by and I finally got my meal and receipt. Before checking thecontents of the bag I had already driven off and the bo rounds were the regular size that comes with the meal and we?re warm atbest. OMG where do I start! First of all the food was horrible. I ordered the chicken biscuit and was hard as a rock. I swear they... must of gave me some chicken that was cooked in the microwave for 20 mins and my biscuit was crumbly and hard like a cookie. I among a few other vehicles sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes and was not able... to order. customer service is not their strong point at this Bojangles.
