Great place with lots of options! Has been great just about every night but there seemed to be a lot of tension between the... workers tonight. I'm not sure why only one person is allowed to check out a group. Seems strange waiting for one worker to makeyour dish while others stand around and you have more items to order. Read more

I had a fundraiser at the Rita?s in Mechanicsburg, Hampden Centre. The staff was so great and very accommodating to me since I... wanted to stay the whole time (4:00-6:00). I was asked if I wanted a chair and it was brought out within 2 minutes. I was sothrilled with my first fundraiser at Rita?s and will definitely be doing another one. First time going to a Rita's that is indoors. Very clean space. No indoor seating but they do have tables and benches right... outside with umbrellas for you to sit an enjoy your dessert of choice. I always go for a gelati and my wife is a huge fan oftheir brownie sundae. Prices are pretty standard and fair and didnt seem over the top. Staff was very helpful and polite andcourteous and definitely will become my go to Rita's going forward. Read more

Hit this place on a BUSY Saturday. (93 degrees out...) I saw the line and told the Kids we could try again later- but they did... the sad puppy eyes thing, and I took them in. All I can say is that the crew at this Rita's got through a line of 20 people inabout 8 minutes. The teamwork impressed me enough to write this review. This place is clearly run well, and had a great staffwho were properly trained. We had a great experience there. (Oh- and the food was great too.) I will be taking my Family backsoon. Read more

The people working here forget and make lots of mistakes and this Rita's has been here for a while. Overcharging, putting... custard in a cup instead of a cone. Custard is good and manager is nice, but employees need more training. Pretty expensive aswell. Read more

I enjoy coming here because my dear wife loves their Mango Mistos. I like the employees because they areso friendly. Kim, the manager, is doing a great job and cares about everything. I really believe she will make this storegreat. I get excellent service, every-time, from all of the employees. Some of them are still learning, but please give themtime. Everyone?s motivated and they care about the customer. There is such great energy in here and I believe we all arebeneficiaries. No business is perfect, but this Rita?s is trying very hard. Was there tonight with my boyfriend. Order large dish and it was literally at the half point. The kid said its a large trust me.... It shrinks down. Charged us for larges. The kids working there have no idea what they're doing. The line was backed up whilethey stood at the counter not even asking people what they want. 2 people out of 4 waiting on customers. Go to Leymone Rita's.They fill their stuff to the top!!!!! And their customer service is hands down much much better. Read more

This new Mechanicsburg location just opened and was SO clean and cute inside. They have 2 picnic tables outside--no outside... window like others in the area. The service was really friendly and quick! My dog loved her puppy cup, we will definitely beback. Read more
