You are better off doordashing. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They never put our order in but charged our... account. Kept telling us we called the wrong Pizza Hut, but there is only one location in mechanicsburg. If you want pizza go toa mom and pop shop, this place won?t be around long. The 1 star review is only bc I couldn?t put a 0 start review into this jokeof a company. I?m sure corporate wouldn?t approve of this. The pizza we ordered was hard as a rubber it was ordered for my 2.5 yrs old son who loves pizza poor little guy was bummed so... was i. Went bought a frozen pizza from giants for the fraction of the price. They somehow rerouted my order through door dashwithout even letting me know so I had to pay more price for something that wasn't even edible . Avoid this establishment if youwant quality product and honest business. Not to mention employees here are kind of rude. Read more
Food was as expected. What wasn't expected was that they farmed out the delivery to door dash and turned a $22 order into a $40... one without my consent. Additional charges after the transaction price is agreed is a breach of contract. Read more

Pizza is always what I expect which is decent. Although everytime I have ordered that I can remember my delivery instructions... have never been followed. This has ranged from greeting me at the door after calling me (requested contactless) to texting mewhen I specify to ring the doorbell (phone was unavailable). Read more
I called to place an order, started to ask about pricing, and the guy just hung up on me. Guy needs to be fired. Maybe that?s... why I ordinarily buy frozen. My order was left at the wrong apartment, even though I listed that my door was in the back of the building. By the time my... neighbor found it and brought it up to me, everything was cold! No one from Pizza Hut called if they were unsure of how to getto the apartment. I will be contacting corporate home office about this. It is unacceptable! Overall, pretty good! Occasionally a pizza isn't spot on, but they are pretty consistent with good employees!
