I did not rate the service because it was so bad. They had no napkins and the average wait for your food was 10-15 minutes. The... drive-thru was so backed up that people were coming in from the drive-thru to find out what's going on with their food. One ladyended up getting her food free. This is the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. I've been multiple times hoping my experiences were isolated incidents.... Unfortunately not. They are consistently slow, often rude and the quality is terrible. My food has looked like someone took abite of it or stepped on it. Definitely not a fan of this location. Read more
Highly disappointed that my Doordash delivery did not include the drink that was paid for though I seen it on the receipt. (You... also can't communicate back with Doordash so that just adds to the issue). Had to call them about it and naturally my drinknever came back to me though they said it would which is probably more on the driver than them. Said all that to say youdefinitely got to double check your orders. I made the mistake of relying on them to remember something that I didn't and that'son me. Lesson learned, otherwise I've never had a problem until today though I'm not a fan of their fries they can do withoutthat seasoning that they put on them- their fries incredibly dry. I ordered wings tossed in tongue torch sauce and I picked it up... inside only to find out at home that it was just traditional wings without any signs of tongue torch sauce. Had to go back thereagain and waited for 30 minutes. They told me that they don?t have tongue torch sauce and just used the ones from the cups.
