Employees talk on the phone instead of taking customers orders. Zero sense of urgency.
If I could give the manager in Training a minus 5 I would. He was completely rude. Stepped on the counter to run after a... customer. Ignoring the other customers. When I asked him to please wipe the area where he stepped. He had some trainee do it. Hesaid I was F'ing rude! There were 3 employees talking in front of the check out register. The person waiting on me was doingtheir best to get out food. This manager trainee continues to be Rude and cussing. I asked him what kind of impression hethought he was making in front of customers and other employees? He continues to be rude. As I was leaving he was cussing. I showed up around 830 on 03/22/22. There were 2 people ahead of me and only 1 employee actively working for the customers. The... employee was new as I've never seen him there before and i stop by often. After a few minutes went by he asked what my son and Iwere having. Considering he was the only one doing anything for the customers, he had to stop our sandwiches to get the familyahead if us, the oven was beeping. He was finishing up their subs and my son and I continued to wait. Along came another personbehind us and then a family of 4. By that time the guy behind the counter flagged down the other employee who felt closingduties (cleaning the bathrooms) were more important than getting customers late night orders pushed through. Once she approachedme, she asked if my son and I had any other sandwiches. I told her, yes, my son would like a... and instead of listening to mespeak, she interrupt, rudly, as though it was a bother that she even had to make a sub, and say, "what cheese is going on this."I walked out. No food for us. This isn't customer service. If you don't like late night, which, I hardly call 830 late night,you shouldn't work it. I come from restaurants. Its a dang shame to see and hear people be so bothered by customers. Especiallyat a subway where you aren't working for tips. I arrived at 7:52pm and was told they were closed. When online it shows they close at 8pm and so does the sign on the door. This... is the worst customer service I?ve ever gotten. This girl clearly just wanted to finish cleaning to get the hell out of there.Smh never again will I come to this subway just because this isn?t how to take care of your customers. I have a small businessand if this was me I?d make sure my customer(s) did not leave empty handed because at the end of the day that same person willbe a returning customer to my location vs another. Consistently disappointed by this Subway location. It doesn?t matter what day of the week, if I arrive any later than 4 hours... before closing, they are always out of meatball. This has been an issue almost every time I go there for the past year and ahalf or more. Tonight I arrived two hours before closing and they were out of all cookies except for 4 oatmeal raisin. Theemployees are never apologetic for the inconvenience of being out of what I?m sure are popular options in more than just myhousehold. Due to the persistent pattern, I know that being out of items isn?t just a once in a while issue here, but a constantpractice of poor management. I?ve been so frustrated by the service here that it has actually prompted me to leave my first everreview on Google. Read more
I love this subway. My family and I come here all the time. The sandwiches are always really good. Only complaint is I tried to... use my student id for the student discount on 10/24/17 and the young lady refused to let me use my discount. I use it at thislocation and across town at south mebane, never a problem until today. She wasnt rude or anything, she just wouldnt let me useit. Read more
Subway was on the way home for dinner. I placed a mobile order. The order was not even in process when I got there. There were... no customers in the restaurant. If we wouldn?t have gotten vegetables on the sub it would have barely been anything on the it.Everything seemed fresh. Read more
