This Subway location excel's and its convenience but falls flat and its execution. I do love their fresh bread and the new... offerings like salads and flatbreads, but the ingredients in the customer service knock this restaurant down a star. You can'tbeat the prices though. Read more
I'm not a fan of Subway anyway, but the service here is terrible, and they don't do half of what they claim to do.
Food is not terrible but service is. They claim to deliver to employees in the outlets but always say they dont enough staff or... there is a line. Don't advertise something if you can't do it. I was given the wrong sub in the past and basically was forced topay twice the cost of my actual order because they made the wrong sub and wouldn't correct it. Get it together tanger outletssubway. This subway, the employees are almost always in the back, even when a line of customers are waiting. It's surreal. When it comes... to subway, the only differentiating factor is the service, and this subway does not do very well. Read more
This subway is a huge inconvenience they never have enough staff to keep the place open! they either run out of all bread or... they close in the middle of the day to restock. The customers are suffering because of poor management. Especially people whowork in tanger who count on going to subway on lunch for a quick break.
