My order of subs were made completely wrong. It must be something wrong with the website because I ordered online and a lot of... the ingredients selected where wrong. I called back 10 minutes until closing time and very rude woman answer the phone. She toldme the restaurants was closed but I can come back tomorrow and have the subs replaced but I needed to bring the subs back. Noworries because the subs are not edible! They just threw the subs together and they tasted worst than they looked. I took onebite and immediately regretted my choice of that Subway. I don?t want the subs replaced I just want my money back. They don?teven deserve the one star I gave them. It?s more like negative 2 starts. Read more
If you want a good sub, don?t go here! My husband and I were shopping at Walmart and decided to get a sub. They didn?t have any... sweet onion sauce and something my husband wanted. When we started eating our subs we both noticed the bread was stale. Tastedlike it was 2-3 days old! I told the girl behind the counter and she just nodded her head yes and shrugged her shoulders. Myhusband emailed Subway but never got any response. Did get a response from the owner of the shop and he basically said sorrysucks to be you. Will never go there again! Read more

Employee with green hair around 1230 on Saturday afternoon always has attitude with customers and makes food real sloppy
Very rude, unpleasant employee. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the young lady behind the counter that day. She completely... ignored me when I came in, knowing I was the only customer at the time. There was no greeting or even acknowledgement of myexistence. and when she finally was ready to take my order she just stared at me. No "Hi", no "can I help you", nothing. I tellher what I want, she makes the sandwiches, tell s me how much I owe her. No "Thank you"...nothing. Making the sandwich seemed tostrain her to the point that she appeared annoyed. I'm not expecting the royal treatment, just basic skills that you should beable to expect form an employee in the service industry. Read more
The older lady up front is really rude! I went in there to get my 4 year old son a slushy. Normally you just go to the register... if you want a slushy than standing in the sandwich line. I went up front and asked for a slushy, and she said rudely GET INLINE. I didn't have an issue with it, and just stood in line. The family infront of us insisted we go infront of them. The ladythen snapped at this family saying I WILL NOT TAKE MY GLOVES OFF JUST TO MAKE HER A SLUSHY WHEN IM GOING TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH,I HAVE AM ORDER AND I WILL NOT MAKE HER A SLUSHY! The family then suggested we go somewhere else because of her being so rude.Later after I got home My husband called asking for her name. She said to him OH ARE YOU THE LINE CUTTERS? He told her he didn'tgo down there but didn't appreciate her snapping like that infront of his wife or child. She said considering I was alreadydoing something I won't stop to do something else then hung up the phone. I then drove down there asking if this is what shethought customer service was and she said I have a process I won't stop to do something else. I asked for her name and she gavean attitude pointing to her nametag on her hat saying here's my name do want ya want with it. I told her I would be callingcorporate. This is usually a great place to pick up lunch! Always super nice and friendly! But today. .......I guess the lady woke up on... the wrong side of the bed. All I did was ask for more black olives and she only put two. So I nicely said."My husband likes lots of black olives" and her response was nasty.. "Well we all do. But somebody has to pay for it". And no she was not tryingto be funny!. So I told her paying was not a problem. And I asked how much for just a bag of chips. Her response " a dollarsomething ".
