25 mins for a muffin and coffee. They couldn't find my order. The batista never asked my name. The label on my cup read "for... here". Not sure how I was supposed to identify the order that way. Read more

Very long queue, Slightly high wait time, esp given the proximity to outlet mall. We chose to park and take out as the drive... through queue was longer. Net-net I believe it takes the same amount of time. So, fair service ! ???? Read more

I went through the drive through and while I waited for my order Ray took the time to ask me how my day was and carry on a kind... conversation with me. He was genuine, interested and engaged. It was the best customer experience I have had in a really longtime, anywhere. Keep being kind Ray, it makes a difference. Read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to in my life. I actually used to work at this Starbucks 5 years ago & never... remember it being THAT slow. If you are trying to grab a quick coffee and be in & out, don?t go here. Go to Filament downtown.Took us 35 min to get through the drive thru this morning & we were still waiting on our food when we got to the window. Read more

Very nice people, fast and friendly service! I got a Java Chip with almond milk. The Java Chip at this location definitely had a... stronger coffee flavor than other locations I've been to, which has a sweeter chocolate taste, but it was still delicious. Outof the 5-ish Starbucks in the area, I definitely feel like this one has some of the best people. Read more

This Starbucks was incredibly busy, so be aware of that. They only had three people working, the drive-thru was full, people... were ordering inside, there were people calling, etc. The employees were very nice though, and the one making most the drinkswas busting them out pretty quickly. The frappuccino was good, maybe a little heavy on the drizzle so a touch too sweet, and theiced coffee was great. Read more

This location was clean when I visited. Staff was very friendly. They were very busy thru the drive thru. I had done a mobile... order and went into pick up. I arrived at time app said would be ready. 4 stars because food was not ready. The device thatspits out the In app orders only does one at a time and does not seem to indicate how many more there are. I had to wait about5 minutes. Maybe just allow a little more time for mobile orders. Had the opportunity for conversation with staff as they wereworking so that was a plus. Will stop her again during our travels. Read more

We went to this location at about 7:15pm and waiting over 30 minutes in a line with 5 cars in the drive through. We ordered and... paid for 2 venti white chocolate mochas and after paying when they were handed to us it was very obvious the cups were not full.I immediately opened the cups and the first one was less then half full while the second was about half full. We told thebarista that the drinks were about half full to which he replied ?well I don?t know who made them? and walked away. At thispoint I had no more time to wait so I did drive off. I did not try my coffee until I left and it was by far the worst coffeedrink I?ve ever had. The cup that was a little more full did at least taste like a standard white chocolate mocha. I don?t knowif the machine ran out of the drink and they attempted to ?make do? but this is completely unacceptable. I willing pay premiumcoffee prices and expect to at least get what I pay for, at minimum the volume I pay for. While I understand current laborissues is probably the cause for long waits, I cannot excuse the fact that I was intentionally taken advantage of for payingfull price for venti drinks and given the volume of a tall (if that). The pictures below is of the drinks received BEFORE anydrink was ever taken (the lighting is different because we were in the car and my husband was driving). I will never give anymoney to this company that is okay with their baristas thinking this kind of fraud is acceptable nor can they make the standardmenu drinks requested. Read more
