We are regular customers at the Moe's in Mebane North Carolina. We decided to have Moe's on 10/24/ 22. It was a very unpleasant... experience. As I was helping my son in line the young lady that was putting the food in our bowls was rude to me and told me tomove down the line. I informed her that I was helping my son with his order that I was paying for. She was not kind or Pleasantso when I called to talk to the manager on duty a young man named Kenny answer the phone and said he was the manager. He said hewas unable to tell me the girl's name and unable to help me but could take my name and phone number which I gave him for hisboss to call me back the next day. I've never seen a business run so poorly to where they have to push their good payingcustomers down the line. I know that they will not care about losing my business, but I will not go back and eat there again. Ihope that the people that own the Moe's in Mebane North Carolina off of 119 will see my review and talk to their employees onhow to treat a customer that comes into their store. When employees are kind it makes the customers want to come back to theestablishment. With my experience with this one individual employee and the manager has made me decide not to come back andspend my money at their establishment. To the owners of Moe's I will say that you have really good food and we highly enjoyedeating it. All I can ask is to please teach your employees better respect to your customers. Read more

The food was okay. Chipotle is better. The staff was rude. I'm confused about a couple things, too. The sign on the window says... "where the guac isn't extra", yet I paid $1.70 extra for it. I didn't even question that, though, because the attitude from theemployees was already irritating. I try not to judge a place based on my first experience, so I may go back, eventually, butwon't be any time soon! Read more

We drive every Sunday from northern Durham county just to come to this location. Unlike the three locations closer to us, this... location is clean, well-staffed, and the food is as fresh and delicious as you'd expect from a Moe's. Sundays are especiallygreat for big families as kids eat free with an adult meal purchase. Read more

The Homewrecker Burrito Bowl is my go-to order at Moe's and I always have enough for at least two meals! I have to say that this... location is always on point with service, speed, and quality, at least in my experience. Read more

This specific location is always very clean with extremely friendly staff. Everytime I go there's different people working, but... they're always very upbeat and helpful. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's still Moe's. It's finefood, but it can't compete with any locally owned burrito place. Read more
