Town was busy with road construction and rush hour traffic. I was looking for a place where my family of 7 could could sit down... and eat and take a break from our travels. After navigating my yukon with an enclosed trailer through extremely hectic trafficand road construction I finally made it to this cookout and I was excited to try something new. We got the kids out of theirboosters and car seats and walked up to the front door only to find ourselves locked out. Dining room was closed. Only the drivethru was open and something about covid was posted on the door. We ended up eating gas station food. Thanks cookout. In theshort time I was there other people also tried to enter the establishment. They are losing thousands per day in sales andgaining unhappy customers. Read more
we have ordered before and it was good. this time with a simple order of 1 burger and fries ---one burger with onion rings we... were missing the 1 burger....at least we were not charged for it. some places have charged and still short on the order. Myhusband said they were busy so he did not want to hold up the line and open his bag to check the order. He had told the order tothe drive-through Twice. I understand that businesses are short of help, but we have stopped going to some because of badservice. This was a Small, Simple order. So I travel all over the country, and I have to say that this by far the best Cook-out I have been to. The fries are crispy, the... burger is hot and made just how I like it, and the tea is sweet. I love eating at Cook Out but today was a awful. First the cashier (Jeff) could not get my order together. I had to repeat my... order like 3 or 4 times. After I pulled up to receive my order, he handed me my bag and he quoted, "The bag is a mess so becareful." It was chili everywhere. First of all if you know that it's messy, it should not be given to a customer like that. Iask for chili with cheese fries and all I got was fries and a big clunk of chili everywhere. Nobody wants to eat something thatlooks like it was just thrown together. On Yesterday 5/06/2020 around 5:30 I bought a cook out tray and I ordered hush puppiesfor a side and they were burnt and hard. I would not have served that to any customer. Please do better! Ok so it wouldn?t allowme to do another review so I?m adding to this one. So today 2/20/22 I got a hamburger platter with fries and hush puppies. Wellthe amount of the sides was unreal.
