I go up there everyday! And at least twice a week something isn?t right, which whatever I understand it?s easy to mess things up... while busy! This morning I went thru the drive there and got a Quencher, get home to a drink and half of the drink goes all overme, for me to realize they had double cupped it because the first cup the drink was in was cracked and broke! I get they wannago as fast as they can to get ur order out the window, but the fact it was laziness that the drink could not just be poured intoa cup that wasn?t broken and crack all over is rediclous! Not to mention half the time my food is being thrown at me out thewindow cuz they are in such a rush. Read more

Staff is very friendly. Service was fast, and food was good. Had breakfast here this morning, and actually had supper here as... well. will be having breakfast here again tm. Spent $20 for breakfast for two. And it was really good! Way better than our $50breakfast yesterday down the street. Lol Read more
Food/coffee are consistent with other locations. A couple of orders messed up recently, no hand soap in the bathroom for a few... days, and what?s up with always having to ask for napkins? I know they cost money, but we?re paying plenty for your coffee.Maybe a little more focus on customer experience would be helpful. Read more
Service and food quality are too hit and miss to give a better rating. Gotta love today's crispy chicken caesar wrap though....... when I opened the box the wrap was less than half full, so I opened it up to find one leaf of lettuce.... in a caesar SALAD wrapwith chicken... what kind of person thinks this is okay to serve and charge 7 bucks for ?? Would they pay that much for thisgarbage? Like another reviewer said: no point complaining. They won't fix it and there's a great McDonald's across the street. Just tried the beyond meat burger. Slathered with ice cold mustard and ketchup and the patty was room temp. Not going to bother... with complaining about it. There is an excellent McDonalds across the street. This is why I usually never bother buying food ata Tims, just coffee. Read more
I had a chance to stop by today October 17th at 1:20 pm , the store manager served me she made me the best steep tea i ever had... until now, she is very nice and doing a very good job. Definitely I recommend this tims over others. Read more
