Reasonable prices , waiter was a nice young man , he forgot a few things but nothing to make our visit displeasing, food was... good and warm they were a bit stingy with the country gravy. Kids got crayons and paper menus to keep them occupied while wewaited. Manager even checked to make sure we were satisfied. They have a nice grab claw and small toy machines forentertainment. We are not from the area. We were in the car for hours and hunger was definitely setting in. So we decided to stop at Perkins.... Where we live Perkins has gone under. Our waitress was training. It took her a long time to get to our table she was in thekitchen talking with her coworkers. After we ordered another waitress brought us the food. Again our waitress was talking. Wedidn?t receive any ketchup or nothing and when the waitress did show up. It took her 15 minutes to get it. I actually wanted togo to the other table and get ketchup myself. Our waitress never came to check on us or refill of drinks. She put the check onthe table when she finally did bring the ketchup. I believe in giving a good tip but Natalie didn?t deserve anything. Went out to dinner with my mother this afternoon. We were seated and waited on but then when the waitress came back she... basically threw my mother?s side salad at her, with the bowl covered in ranch dressing and the entire salad looking like theythrew a few pieces of lettuce in a overflowed bowl of ranch dressing. She then brought out our food, but did not check on us forthe remaining 45 minutes we were there. Not to check on the food, ask about refills, or anything. There were at most eight otherpeople eating in the entire restaurant with the wait staff walking around aimlessly and talking in the kitchen. She completelyignored our table, asking her other tables if they needed anything and then walking right by us several times without a look.When needing a refill and another side, we had to call over a young waiter who filled these needs. The manager asked how ourmeals were, to which we explained the TERRIBLE service of our waitress. She then asked if my mother would like ?a muffin? forthis happening and then tried to make an excuse that her waitress needed to help her in the back when she was already aimlesslywalking around doing other things except for our table. After the manager stated that she would ?look into this and do somethingabout it? our waitress continued to not come check on our table OR even give us our check after fifteen more minutes of waiting.Absolutely ridiculous service by derelicts that should not be put in customer service/restaurant positions. We ended up havingto go up to get our check and then pay without the check even being ready. The hostess gave us a very nice "welcome" to the place, it was busy with a birthday party going on but our SWEET little waitress... (Michelina) made sure we were WELL TAKEN CARE OF. The food came quickly, it was HOT AND EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS, nothing outof place, the other waitresses were very attentive as well, made it a VERY "HAPPY EVENING OUT". This is one of the worst places to eat in Meadville.
