Google says open 24 hours. We?re moving and up late painting the new house and got hungry. Ordered food at 1 am and went to pick... up. Drive thru lights were on but the McDonald?s sign was out. Sat at the drive through and someone went to coke out the backdoor and went back in when we pulled up. No one ever came to the speaker or took my order and no one answered the phone when icalled to check the store hours. Read more
This McDonald's used to be the best. Now it's 30-40 minute wait times in the drive thru, terrible staff with bad hygiene and... maybe 10% of orders are correct.. I'm not joking when I say they gave me a giant cup of coffee with a lemon in it with hardlyany ice when I asked for a sweet tea with lemon and extra ice. Not to mention vanilla creamer in my regular cup of ice water.It's as if they are doing this on purpose. Just awful. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. 5 people including myself were sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for our food.... It?s a McDonalds, not a steak house. Drive through is no better, you might as well park your car and turn it off for how slowthe line goes. If the people working hate their job that much, that they can?t put more effort into there job, find newemployees. Disgraceful. Read more
I rarely give poor reviews, but this place really deserves it after my most recent experience. I have been going here for a... while and it was basically what you would expect from McDonald's. No real complaints. However, their service has really gonedownhill as of late, and after my last experience, I will NOT be returning. I understand longer wait times because staffingshortages are everywhere. However, I waited a significant amount of time only for the order to be wrong. That happens, andthat's ok. However, instead of fixing the order when I said it was wrong, the manager was exceptionally rude, refused to fixthe order, and also had the audacity to state, "you wanna argue with me? I'm the manager." when I kept explaining the issuewith the order. Also, I get this order a lot. I know what it looks like when done right. TERRIBLE customer service. If that'show she treats her customers, I feel genuinely sorry for her workers. Read more
Poor customer service, most of the management team is great and then there's the couple that are just darn rude! I walked out... after being humiliated by another manager in front of other co-workers and customers. I informed them that's the reason I left,but according to them.. I never gave one! By far the worst McDonald's Chain I've ever worked for! The owners are excellentpeople, very professional and I loved working for them, just the few management members that don't agree with me.. on anything! Read more
Ordered breakfast this morning for me and my nephew, since I didn't feel like cooking, a half hour before 10:30 AM. Placed my... order in the app, got there, parked, and then I waited....and waited, and waited. Finally went in to see what was going on after20-25 minutes. They had their menu changed to lunch and were just finishing up the last breakfast orders. THEY COMPLETELY FORGOTABOUT MY ORDER, at least this manager gave me a refund unlike a previous manager they had who told me they couldn't issuerefunds for app orders and I would need to contact my bank about the issue. I then got asked if I would like to order anythingto which I shook my head no, started to leave, and told the manager thanks for making me wait a half hour for nothing. Thanks tothis I will never go to ANY McDonald's ever again and got rid of the app off of my phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. Read more
I'm all for "new and improved" with businesses, but it's no longer the type of place I'd want to sit down and eat inside at.... It's not appealing anymore. It reminds me of a businessman who got hooked on an addiction and lost his entire life and familyovernight. Words that come to mind are "sad" and "melancholy" for design. But on a GOOD NOTE- the new staff are excellent sofar. There's an amazing woman who used to be in my shoes and understood that why we were buying off the dollar menu in dimes andquarters. She insisted on buying us something to eat. Because WIC doesn't cover our daughter's specifically needed formula, allof our grocery money went to formula and our toddler's specific dietary needs. So we hadn't eaten in days. I didn't tell herthis, but she knew immediately that we were struggling, despite trying not to look like we were. And the food wasn't bad, sodon't get me wrong on it right now. Only reason I docked a star is because the nuggets aren't like they used to be and the friesaren't really that salted anymore.
