We got our food and had to wait on drinks. The food order was wrong. The buns were burnt on the sandwiches. The bathrooms had no... toilet paper and the manager used the restroom and never washed her hands because there is only hand dryers and no paper towelsand they never were used. There were 8 dirty tables and the garbage was over flowing. We were the only diners at the time. Read more

I spent over $50 an nothing was right with my order. I asked for no pickles on burgers and they all had extra pickles. I ordered... mcribs and never received those. I ordered big macs add bacon got charged for bacon but no bacon. Just everything was completelywrong. Read more

Look, I understand it was a rush, and good lord did the line build. I didn't care about the wait. However, when I open a box of... 4 'mcnuggets' and find what looks like a mix of onions and big mac sauce, that's ridiculous. I hated working fast food, but I'dnever pull something like that. I travel all over the country. Never once have I ever seen a McDonald's that is closed before 10:00. Low staffing is... understandable but there are no messages on the door or at the drive-thru to let you know they are closed early because of shortstaffing. I was told by a former mgr.that evening staff will shut the lights off at night not to save money but in hopes thatcustomers will turn away thinking they are closed. I wonder if corporate knows about this. Just because you own a franchise doesnot mean you have the right disregard corporate standards. If you can't run a business properly you should just close. There areplenty of people that would love the opportunity to run a major fast food chain in town. What this location does shows norespect for their customers. I will take my business elsewhere great employees for the most part but it's a sleazy way to save adime. This is a three shift town folks work hard around here. If you can't take the time to give an explanation or a sign at thedrive-thru you show you no respect to hard-working Americans in this town and travelers getting off the exits that take the timeto drive to your establishment. Watch the lines grow at the other chain restaurants while you pinch dimes and short pay youremployees. Covid has settled down for some time and most business owners wouldn't mind getting their hands dirty once in awhileto make sure their business thrives. A disappointment to the McDonald's family. The first thing is that the dining room was filthy. We notified the employees about what we thought was spilt frosty when we... ordered in which was never cleaned up. The condiment station had ketchup everywhere including the storage underneath. We did getour food in a quick and timely fashion. But on the down side of that my brother's burger was under cooked. Went here only because CARS was the theme for happy meals and that's what my kids was excited about. Was gave Pokémon cards. I... questioned this and they said they aren't allowed to give out the Cars until the old stuff is gone. This is not correct!!!!Staff and manager was very rude. Read more

Stopped in as we were driving through the area on 79. It's a little bit more off the road than we typically like but not too... far. Easy to get back into the interstate. Bathrooms weren't very clean but food was made quickly without much of a line. Looksto be a slightly remodeled McDonald's but definitely could use a little love in terms of cleaning the bathrooms more. Read more

I used to love going to this McDonald's but beware now because we placed a mobile order at 9:30pm and after 20 minutes sitting... in the drive thru (only one person working), we're told they don't accept mobile orders after 9pm. Even though the app let usplace the order. Then we're stuck in the drive thru another 10 minutes because we can't get out because it's bumper to bumper.Now wouldn't being able to use the mobile app after 9pm be so much easier for the employee's because you don't have to takecards or cash, then wash your hands, make the food and repeat with 14 cars in the drive thru and only one person working? So,not only did I have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru after working hard all day, I didn't come home with dinner for myfamily. Won't be going here again. Read more
