We ate here on a Friday night so ended up waiting a short amount of time before being seated. The salad bar was well kept up... with. We received our food in decent time and everything was good. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our server startedout great, things got a little slower with her after a little while but overall good. Read more

This is the first time i have been to a Hoss's since they closed the one in Erie PA. I'm always honest in my reviews so even... though I hate to review a place that I can't give a 5 star rating, i still believe it's important to share my encounter/opinionwith others. The setting was very similar and familiar as the old Hoss's in Erie PA but for some reason the food just tasteddifferent than what I was used too as I used to go to Hoss's at least twice a month because it was a nice place to get a goodtasting meal without breaking the bank. It's got a huge salad bar that literally has a ton of different things to eat includingsoups, breads and desserts. The menu is roughly the same as it always has been albeit a few updates. Their steaks have alwaysbeen top notch especially for the pricing. There is plenty of seating with both tables and booths and there is plenty ofparking. The only reason why I only gave it a 4 star rating is because like I said the food just seemed like it dropped a notchin taste and quality. If it's better the next time I go here than I will update it. But for now, I was just a littledisappointed. That doesn't mean I wouldn't go there again and I'm not persuading anyone to avoid it as it is a niceestablishment and has good pricing. Maybe I just went on a bad day. We have enjoyed this restaurant many times over the years! When we want a good steak dinner this is where we go. If is... affordable for us as retired folks; and we get the dinner with salad bar and dessert! All in one price. And the service isalways friendly.
