We stopped quickly when we were driving through the area. It was busy and there were a lot of people working but it was an... extremely long wait. I suppose that it was just the luck of poor timing. Overall the store and the ladies room were prettyclean. I was told the mens room was atrocious. Coffees were fine. At first mine was made incorrectly but they were happy to fixand remake it. We were happy to see that they added snacking bacon to the food menu. A nice option for gluten free and highprotein diets. Nothing special but good enough if you need a break from driving. Read more
Ordered curbside. Waited 30 minutes before walking inside. Waited another 10 minutes before being helped. Asked if our order was... ready as it was sitting right on the other side of the counter. Several employees were very annoyed that we had not taken ityet. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by coming inside for our curbside order that had been sitting inside for at least 25minutes. Started coming here because other coffee shop had ungodly, long waiting line and don't have time to waste. Dunkin may have a... line, in drive thru, but it goes quick!!! Not a long wait plus their dining room doors are ALWAYS opened!!! Coffee tastes great,friendly service!!! Read more

This is by far the worse Dunkin ever. I and other instore patrons were ignored for over 8 minutes in line while they prioritized... drive thru. I had to ask to be waited on. The girl said ok I am busy! After taking my order I was in line waiting while theytook drive thru order after order. Finally a manager in dining room was asked why he was sitting down while a line was formingand attitude was on display from employees. He replied I am in training I cannot help you?? This place does not put customerservice first at all! They are miserble, short staffed, and out of everything. Save yourselves time and money and go down theroad. Read more

Today, 10/31 10:30AM I blew out a tire in the drive through area. After talking with the manager/employees I was told there is a... piece of a pole sticking out of the ground from a broken sign that has supposedly been like this for a couple weeks and therehas been others with flat tires. There was a delivery truck parked and unloading at the time so as I was coming from backentrance to turn into the drive through lane I ran right over this area as it was not visible to me. The delivery truck driverwas the one to tell me I hit something and he heard air, I thought I hit a bump. Luckily my step father in law was able to cometo the scene and help me change the tire to where we found a big tear, a very unpatchable flat so I will have to purchase a newtire. We were out in the rain for a good hour, not once anyone ask about the situation, and not that this complaint is aboutfree things because it?s not, but we were also not even offered a free hot beverage to warm up nor any tone of sympathy. I haveworked in customer service my entire life and this is very unacceptable to me. I called my insurance and they encouraged me tofile a claim with the company so I called the corporate number to only be told this is a private franchise and that they wouldinform the owner and they would call me back. Let?s see if that happens. All I know is that you?ve lost my very frequentbusiness. Read more
