The food was hot which was nice. The service lacked, they completely forgot about our drinks. But other wise it was alright.
Disappointing. Usually BPs can deliver a hood dining experience but this location has some issues. I felt for the severs as... it seemed they were understaffed and inexperienced. Long wait time to be served, no cutlery, no check in for drinks, serverforgot to put in my order for lunch which was forgotten about which was a 30 minute wait to get the wrong pizza from what Iordered. It was good at first then the waiter forgot about us, like he can't handle more than 1 table. It wasn't even busy.
Very clean, with nice staff. The food was better than expected from a big chain restaurant. I would definitely go back
